As a new Roma-led organization, our mission is clear: to strengthen Roma voices, build collective power, and ensure equality and inclusion across all levels of society. We believe that change must come from within the community, led by Roma and for Roma.
Our Priorities
- Roma Equality and Inclusion
We are committed to fighting antigypsyism and all forms of discrimination that Roma face daily. Our work will focus on creating opportunities for equal access to education, healthcare, housing, and employment—because Roma deserve to live with dignity and equality. - Roma Participation and Leadership
Representation matters. Roma must have a seat at the decision-making table, whether at local, national, or European level. We will invest in developing strong Roma leadership, empowering youth and women, and ensuring that Roma voices are not only heard but also respected. - Intersectional Organizing
We understand that Roma communities are diverse, and our struggles intersect with those of women, LGBTQ+ people, and other marginalized groups. By embracing an intersectional approach, we aim to build stronger alliances and fight for justice across multiple fronts. - Solidarity and Mutual Support
Equality cannot be achieved without Roma standing together. We are dedicated to creating networks of solidarity where Roma organizations, activists, and communities support one another, share resources, and celebrate each other’s successes. - Constructive Change Through Unity
We believe in unity, not uniformity. Our power lies in bringing together diverse skills, ideas, and knowledge to create a collective force for change. Criticism, when it arises, should always be constructive—building solutions rather than deepening divisions.
Our Vision
We envision a Europe where Roma are no longer marginalized, but fully included as equal citizens—where our culture is celebrated, our rights are protected, and our communities thrive. We believe Roma are not just beneficiaries of change but drivers of it.
Why Now
At a time when Roma still face systemic exclusion, it is more urgent than ever to move from words to action. By strengthening Roma leadership, building solidarity, and promoting equality and participation, we can create the power needed to achieve lasting change.
